Referrals
Referrals for patients are accepted by email. Please send these to the email address below. The team will then contact the patient to arrange the consultation.

Please include full patient details, details of their confirmed or suspected diagnosis, and any family history that you have already gathered. Copies of recent clinic letters may also be useful.
Please note that currently, referrals are accepted for confirmed or suspected diagnoses of cardiomyopathy, inherited arrhythmias, SADS. Single gene, predictive/cascade testing, and variant analysis is also available.
Non-syndromic paediatric cases can be discussed.
